Hillcrest Christian College and Village Yard Christian Early Learning are seeking passionate and dedicated Assistant Educators to join our team in 2026. We are looking for qualified early childhood professionals who are committed to providing a nurturing, Christ-centred learning environment where children can grow, explore, and flourish.
While Diploma-qualified educators are highly regarded, we also welcome applications from those holding a Certificate qualification or currently working towards. Opportunities are available across both our Reedy Creek and Mudgeeraba campuses, offering flexibility and variety for the successful candidates.
There are both part-time and casual positions available. Part-time positions are offered at 4 days per week, with some flexibility in the choice of days, while casual candidates ideally should be available across the full range of hours of 6.30am – 6.00pm to meet the needs of the service.
