Barista

Hillcrest Christian College is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Barista to join our team at the Café Connect, located onsite at our Reedy Creek campus. This vibrant space serves students, parents, staff, and visitors, offering a warm and welcoming environment within the College community. This is a casual position with flexible hours across five days per week, commencing immediately.

The Barista will be responsible for preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, taking customer orders, and serving food items with care and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
