Educational and Operational Support Officer - Early Learning Community

We are seeking a motivated, organised, and committed Educational and Operational Support Officer to join our Early Learning Community (ELC). This part-time position offers flexible days and hours, making it ideal for someone looking to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic and supportive early childhood environment. 

Ideally, this role will be 30 - 32 hours per week but are open to how this looks across the week.In this role, you’ll work closely with the ELC Managing Director to coordinate daily operations across two services, including staff rosters, coverage, and administrative tasks that support both the educational program and overall service compliance. You will also assist in curriculum planning and documentation processes to help maintain high standards of learning and care.

From 2026, this role will evolve to incorporate Educational Leader responsibilities. Prior experience in an Educational Leader or similar leadership role will be highly regarded.  This role will be ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates clearly, and brings initiative and positivity to their work.
