Faith and Wellbeing Officer

We are seeking a Faith and Wellbeing Officer to support and facilitate the pastoral and spiritual care of students and the wider community at Hillcrest Christian College in conjunction with the College Counselling Team.

The Faith and Wellbeing Officer is responsible for providing a proactive approach to drive increased wellbeing and understanding of self and faith with students across our Learning Communities. They will also support proactive processes around behaviour with the opportunity to work closely with students who need extra support in community.

This is a part-time, term-time position commencing in Term 1, Tuesday 28 January 2026, with induction on Thursday, 15 January. The role requires availability on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, between 8:00am and 4:00pm. The ideal candidate will hold a four-year Bachelor of Education or possess equivalent qualifications in youth work, chaplaincy, theological studies, or counselling.
