We are seeking a passionate and strategic educational leader to join our team as Head of Faculty – English. This role is integral to shaping the educational vision within both the Senior Learning Community (SLC) and Virtual Learning Community (VLC), in alignment with the College’s mission, values, and explicit improvement agenda.
The successful candidate will lead the systematic delivery of a high-quality English curriculum grounded in a Biblical Worldview, and will drive improvement in student outcomes through effective pedagogical practices, data-informed decision-making, and differentiated teaching and learning.
This is a full time, permanent position commencing Term 4, 2025 or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
