Head of Learning and Alignment - Global Quotient

We are seeking an innovative and future-focused leader to join our Middle Learning Community (MLC) as the Head of Learning and Alignment – Global Quotient. This role supports the Deputy Head of MLC – Alignment in leading the educational vision in accordance with the College’s mission, values, and explicit improvement agenda. The successful candidate will be passionate about preparing students for a globally connected world through dynamic and forward-thinking learning experiences.

The Head of Global Quotient will lead key initiatives that foster an entrepreneurial mindset, promote 21st Century Learning through the SECRET Skills framework, and build meaningful global connections. The role will champion innovation across the curriculum and drive student enrichment opportunities that extend learning beyond the classroom.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator with a strong understanding of contemporary learning practices and global education. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit, along with a commitment to Christian education and student empowerment.

This is a full time, permanent position commencing Term 4, 2025 or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
