We are seeking a compassionate and visionary leader to join our Senior Learning Community (SLC) as the Head of Spiritual and Social-Emotional Learning (SaSEL). This role supports the Deputy Head of SLC – Pastoral in advancing a professional improvement agenda and fostering a shared educational vision that prioritises the holistic development of every student. The successful candidate will be committed to enhancing student wellbeing and spiritual growth in alignment with the College’s mission and values.
The Head of SaSEL will play a key role in developing and implementing programs that support the social, emotional, and spiritual needs of students. The successful applicant will lead cultural and community events, promote student voice, and set high expectations for behaviour and attendance.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator or wellbeing professional who is passionate about Christian education and student development. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a heart for student care, and the ability to engage meaningfully with staff, students, and the wider community.
This is a full time, permanent position commencing Term 4, 2025 or as negotiated with the successful applicant. This role requires current QCT registration and will incorporate a teaching component.
