Inclusion Support Educator - Early Learning Community

The College are seeking experienced and dedicated Inclusion Support Educators to join our Early Learning Communities. The successful applicants will work closely with the Lead Educator to provide inclusive support tailored to individual children, fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

We have two positions available at our Mudgeeraba campus, commencing immediately. The first position is within our Kindy program, requiring availability five days per week, from 9:00am to 2:00pm, with flexibility to stay back when needed. This role is offered 50 weeks per year and is ideally suited to someone with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) and at least two years of experience as an inclusion educator.

The second position is within our Pre-Kindy program, requiring availability three days per week, also for 50 weeks per year, from 9:00am to 2:00pm, with flexibility to stay back when required. There is the potential for this role to increase in hours over time, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive and innovative team.

Both roles offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners, working within a vibrant and forward-thinking educational community that values inclusion, innovation, and excellence in early learning.
