Early Years Inclusion Support Educators 2026

The College is seeking experienced and dedicated Inclusion Support Educators to join our Early Learning Communities. The successful applicants will work closely with the Lead Educator to provide inclusive support tailored to individual children, fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

We have two positions available across our campuses, commencing January 2026.

The first position is a 12 month contract within our Kindy program at our Reedy Creek campus, requiring availability five days per week, from 8:30am to 3:00pm.

The second position is a 12 month contract within our Pre-Kindy program at our Mudgeeraba campus, requiring availability three days per week, from 8:30am to 3:00pm, with the possibility of increasing to four days.

Both roles are ideally suited to candidates with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) and at least two years of experience as an inclusion educator. These positions offer an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners while working within a vibrant, forward-thinking educational community that values inclusion, innovation, and excellence in early learning.
