We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Head of Middle Learning Community (Alignment) to support the Head of 5-12 and other Deputy Heads to manage and lead the educational vision in accordance with the College vision, mission and values and the explicit improvement agenda of the MLC.
You will play a key role in driving excellence across the following domains of the ACER National School Improvement Tool:
In addition, you will lead and manage two Heads of Learning & Alignment (Intellectual and Global Domains), fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement and student success.
This is a full-time permanent position working 5 days per week at our Reedy Creek Campus, Term 3 start or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
